I’m a Berlin-based director, writer, actor and facilitator originally from the UK.
For the past decade I’ve been making bold, playful and politically-engaged theatre. My work thrives on collaboration: devising with communities, young people and professional artists alike. I’m drawn to themes of collective joy, feminism and ecology.
Since 2020 I’ve been creating and performing as part of THESMO KOLLEKTIV. We produce original bilingual theatre works (EN/DE) that are comedic, pop-infused, interactive and political. We usually perform outdoors in public spaces on a donation basis.
My theatre directing credits include YOU-ME-HUMAN-TREE (2020) an inter-species community performance at English Theatre Berlin and a rambunctious production of Shakespeare’s TWELFTH NIGHT (2025) with the Berlin International Youth Theatre, complete with 80s kareoke!
In 2021 I branched into film: writing, directing and acting in my first short LIGHT. The film explores abortion through the lens of magical realism. It premiered at Short Nights of Berlin and went on to screen at Shorts on Tap and Silent Garden. Since then my passion for film-making has grown: I’ve acted in multiple shorts and a feature film, trained in on-screen acting with Eric Reis and co-directed a documentary.
An integral part of my creative practice is teaching and facilitating. I’ve run schools workshops at English Theatre Berlin since 2018 and previously worked at the Schaubühne on a poetry and performance project for teenagers. For the past four years I’ve also taught a theatre class for adults at the Volkshochschule, Kreuzberg.
