2025 / BERLIN INTERNATIONAL YOUTH THEATRE / DIRECTOR
“If music be the food of love…”
I directed the 15 young performers of the Berlin International Youth Theatre ensemble in Shakespeare’s classic comedy, which fused the romance, mischief and gender-bending of the original play with a twist of 80s kareoke! I worked with the ensemble for a year on this production and for many of them it was the first time they had performed Shakespeare.
It ran from 26th – 29th June 2025 at English Theatre Berlin | International Performing Arts Center with two SOLD OUT performances.
